Sister Mary Joy Langdon Fellow of the RDA BHSAI Regd. ABRS Principles Diploma. Accredited Pony Club Coach Vaulting Coach UK Coach Educator L3 Pony Club Cubitt Award RDA President's Award Honorary Loriner.
Mary Joy is the CEO and founded the centre in 1989. She has a life time of experience with horses & children. Mary Joy is a member of the religious congregation of the Infant Jesus Sisters. This congregation was founded in 1662 with the mission to educate & help children & young people. www.infantjesussisters.org
Bea Pike BA Hons. Dip.Osteopathy RDA Group Coach, RDA Group Show Jumping Coach, UK Coach Level 2
Bea is the centre's manager she is also a qualified osteopath. With these great skills she is able to help both rider & the horse. Bea is very experienced with children with physical disabilities which enables them to benefit fully from their riding sessions. Bea has been involved at WSPC for 20 + years
Anca Pascu UK Coach Level 1 NVQ Level 3, RDA Assistant Instructor
Anca is the stable yard's head Girl.
Resh Giwa UK Coach Level 1 NVQ Level 3 RDA Group Coach
Resh first came to WSPC for school work experience, following that as a volunteer and then as an apprentice. She is now a full member of staff.
Gosia Malgorzata Kusy
Gosia is a member of the stable yard team. She has great equestrian experience which she now is putting in to good use at the Pony Centre Gosia is a trainee coach.
Ailbhe McCormack is no longer working at WSPC she has now taken up a role at the Vauxhall City Farm. We wish her all the very best.
Like many others Ailbhe has grown up at the centre. She is now a valued member of the team. Ailbne has completed her NVQ level 3. In 2013 she received a national award, the Pony Club UK Ambassadors Award. This was given in recognition to her long term commitment to Pony Club activities. Well done Ailbhe we are proud of you. May many others follow your example.
Janet Coe BHSPT
We are very fortunate to have Janet as a volunteer instructor.. Janet is a very experienced fence judge & was chosen to judge at the 2012 Olympic Games.
Ben is a volunteer for 3 days a week. He is very experienced with horses and is a riding team member of the Dancing White Horse Display..
Sam has been volunteering for many years. She commenced riding at the centre as a very young child and after leaving school she attended WSPC as student. Sam has been coming to WSPC for 20 years
Daphne Hamblin MBE
Daphne is a trustee and volunteers every Friday. She also brings her disabled son for his weekly riding lesson. In 2012 Daphne received her MBE for all the work she has done at the WSPC
Kathy Heaps, RDAGC, ABRS IT
Kathy is the Chair of the board of Trustees, she also regularly coaches on Saturdays.
Shelly came as a very young child to the centre and has never left. She is now volunteers on Sundays and also does night hay on one day a week. She is seen here receiving from the Princess Royal the volunteers award. By profession Shelly is a secondary teacher.
Ken volunteers on Sundays and he is always ready to do running repairs in the stable yard. Ken is also on the night hay team. He is seen here receiving from the Princess Royal the volunteers award.
Sanya has been volunteering at the Pony Centre for 20 + years. She is very dedicated to the horses. Sanya is a talented artist and produces painted glassware which she sells in aid of the Pony Centre. She is seen here receiving a volunteers award.
Charlette De Christe
Charlette is a volunteer at the centre on Monday & Fridays. In addition to the care and attention she gives to all the animals she is also a talented artist and she produces cards etc. to sell in aid of the centre.
